Our posters are made to order, which means we require a short production period before shipping. Production time generally takes up to 3–5 business days. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped.
DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from the date of shipping. However, in many cases, packages arrive sooner. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and other factors beyond our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing our store! We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. Since all our items are printed on demand, please read our return and exchange policy carefully.
Return and Exchange for Custom-Made Products
In accordance with the laws of Israel and the European Union, custom-made products, including all print-on-demand items, are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• The item does not match your order (e.g., incorrect size, image, or color).
If you received a damaged item or an order that does not match your request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will review your request and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
How to Submit a Return Request
1. To submit a request, send an email to plakatzsup@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Attach photos of the item that clearly show any damage or manufacturing defect.
3. Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will offer you either a replacement item or a refund.
Please Note:
A refund will only be issued if the item is confirmed to have damage or a defect verified by our team. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
Exceptions
• Items made to custom specifications (e.g., personalized images) are non-returnable.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition and packaging (where applicable).
